Auto Glass Now

I would have given a 5 star since I was very pleased with the windshield install. However, I was very upset when I noticed the excessive scuff marks on the black trim in my car on both sides. I just did a detail 3 days before so it was clean. I feel like technician could have at least attempted to wipe it down considering how clean the inside was.

My cat was broken in to 7 days ago. After the first shop changed and tripled the original estimate we contacted agn who said they would order the glass and scheduled for us to drop it off this morning. Once there, told my husband that they needed a special tool to remove the door panel and that they didnt have the tool. They knew the make and model upon ordering the glass.. if they didnt know how to install it, they could have just said that. Another company drove to where my husband had my car with him at work and installed the glass in under an hour! No special tools were required. The only decent part of the experience is that they let us purchase the glass from them so we didnt have to wait on ANOTHER ordered piece to be delivered.

Great customer service from beginning to end. I had a "runner" Crack in my windshield and, after looking at the reviews, I cost AutoGlass Now and am SO happy I chose them. Friendly Debbie and the installer were phenomenal. You won't be disappointed!

All I can say folks is get a few estimates and then call these people... they are truly amazing.... Literally saved me hundreds on my least expensive estimate.... in and out IN just over an hour.... my car looks brand new.. all I can say is WOW.... and they even fixed a few other things like the rubber around the doors that was coming off ...they secured it on all four doors at no cost.. these people are truly amazing.. if you need a windshield..... Shop around.... and then see these folks...... you will not be disappointed....... unless of course you have someone else do it LOL. Great job guys

I got my windshield replaced at this location. From the phone call- out the door everything was a very easy and straight forward process. I live in Alabama and decided to go with Auto Glass Now in Pensacola because their rate beat anyone else around me locally. I got my wipers replaced at the same time & it was still a cheaper total than all the quotes I got just for the windshield. Very please with the service I got all around.
